Although we have worked with some of Minnesota's larger companies, most of our experience is in working with companies with fewer than 100 employees.  Larger companies often have Information Technology budgets that can provide for full time tech support employees; smaller companies — by the nature of their budgets — benefit more often from outside support.

We recommend that small businesses minimize costs by having a designated employee handle automation issues. We will work directly with that person so that he or she can do many tasks instead of paying us, and this person can be the first place your other employees go for help.  Also, we will contact that person to broadcast important issues pertaining to your office's automation.
